Please note that due to weather conditions and reasons beyond our control some dates may change. If this should happen, the students who have already registered will be advised the new date and it will also be uploaded on this website.

Nomination Form/Information Booklet

RDS have implemented a new nomination procedure for Students. The nomination booklet must be completed before the trial as per the link above. Please see your Sport co-ordinators regarding the process for signatures. The booklet must be brought to all RDSS trials. NO BOOKLET, NO TRIAL

Forms need to be submitted to the school for permission to attend.  RDS will not accept students turning up to trials with forms that have not been submitted to the school prior. All forms need to be signed off  by the Principal before students can trial. 

Change of Details Form

Any changes after the Nomination Form has been completed need to be adjusted in the Change of Details Form and emailed to the team manager of the selected team.

Sport Medical Consent Form

The above documentation only needs to be completed once during your child’s schooling, unless your circumstances change.
